Woman Killed In Three-Vehicle Crash A woman was killed in an early morning three-vehicle crash in the area. The crash happened at around 7:45 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8 in Dutchess County, on Route 9G just north of West Market Street/Route 199 in the town of Red Hook. An initial investigation by state police shows Ulster County resident Dino J. Man With Revoked License Caught Riding Lawn Tractor Drunk, Sheriff Says A man with his license revoked for a previous DWI was busted driving a lawn tractor down a Dutchess County highway, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Milan resident Joseph White, 53, was arrested shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, after a deputy sheriff on patrol on Route 199 in Milan found him operating a lawn tractor on the highway with an open alcoholic beverage in tow, Dutchess County Sheriff Lt.
