IDs Released For Man Charged With DWI, Woman Killed In Area Crash The identities of the 26-year-old man charged with driving while intoxicated and the woman killed in a crash across from the Westchester County Center in White Plains have been released. Glen Robinson, of Saw Mill River Road in Elmsford, was taken into custody by Westchester County Police at the crash scene on Saturday morning, Aug. 24. Police have found the car and driver wanted in association with a suspicious incident involving a 10-year-old boy on his way to school in Westchester. The incident took place around 8:10 a.m. Tuesday when the boy, who attends Main Street School in Irvington, was standing near the corner of Meadow Street and Millbrook Avenue off Route 119 in Tarrytown waiting for his school bus.
