Sex Offender Reports Move To New Windsor A registered sex offender convicted of sexually abusing a 26-year-old woman has reported a move in Orange County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 38-year-old Robert Greene, who has moved from Marlboro to a residence on Temple Hill Road in New Windsor.
