Alleged Orange County Heroin, Crack Dealer Busted After Warrant Search A Town of Deerpark man in Orange County was nabbed following the execution of two "no-knock" warrants following a several-months-long investigation into illegal sales of heroin and crack cocaine. Peter Alvarez, 37, was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after heroin and cocaine were seized during the raids, police said.
