Woman Sentenced For Her Role In Fatal Orange County Overdose A 24-year-old woman will spend the better part of a decade behind bars after admitting to selling oxycodone last year to a disabled Orange County man who died of an overdose. Port Jervis resident Katelynn Smith has been sentenced to a term of six years in prison, and post-release supervision after pleading guilty in Orange County Court to criminally negligent homicide and criminal sale of a controlled substance in October last year.
