Forbes, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested around 10:50 p.m. Thursday, after New York State Police received a 911 call of an erratic driver on Noxon Road in the town of LaGrange, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Troopers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.
