20-Year-Old Charged With Murdering His Father After Lengthy Investigation A 20-year-old man has been charged with murdering his father following a lengthy investigation that began after a home fire that happened late last year in the area. After a lengthy investigation, Investigators from the Putnam County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division arrested  Louis Joseph Weber IV on Sunday, Aug. 23. Man Found Dead After Fire At Home In Area A man was found dead after a fire destroyed a home in the area. The man was found after flames devoured the mobile home in Putnam County in the Post Road Mobile Home Park on Route 9 in Philipstown, around 3:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 4. Once the blaze was out, first responders with the North Highlands Fire Department found the man, who had been badly burned, Putnam County Sheriff's Department Capt. Lisa Ortolano confirmed on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Police are waiting for autopsy results to positively identify the man and a final report from the fire investigation team for the cause of the fire.…
