Domestic Incident Leads To Arrest Of Area Man For Child Porn A response to a domestic dispute led to the arrest of a 34-year-old man on child porn charges. During the investigation of the domestic incident on Main Street in the town of Pine Plains on Feb. 25, child pornography was discovered, state police said. Further investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Child Advocacy Center of Dutchess County, and the Dutchess County District Attorney’s office led to the seizure of multiple storage devices containing child pornography.
