Pleasant Valley Man Caught With Crack, Cocaine, Police Say A 34-year-old man from Pleasant Valley was arrested on Feb. 1 on multiple drug and weapon charges, according to state police. State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Joseph M. Rogers for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree with Intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, both B felonies. Rogers was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree, both class A misdemeanors, state police said on Thursday.
