Man Convicted Of Using Weapon To Have Sexual Contact With Children Reports Move In Newburgh A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of using a weapon to have sexual contact with two children under the age of 5 has reported a move within Newburgh. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week regarding the residency of 64-year-old Alfred Hardy, who has moved from Ann Street to the Imperial Motel on Broadway. The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Hardy as a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.” He has also been designated as a sexually violent offender.
