Know Him? Hudson Valley Graffiti Tagger Wanted, Police Say Police are asking the public for help identifying a graffiti tagger who damaged property throughout the region. The incidents took place in Ulster County in Ellenville, a village in the town of Wawarsing on Saturday, Nov. 4 around 6 p.m. on Canal Street and Maiden Lane. Know this graffiti? Daniel Cohan of South Nyack was arrested Friday following a police investigation by the South Nyack-Grand View Police Department, said Chief Daniel Smith.
