Woman Faces Prostitution Charge After New Windsor Police Go Undercover A woman has been charged with prostitution after police completed an undercover operation in the Hudson Valley. On Monday, June 13 in Orange County, the New Windsor Police Department conducted the investigation at the A & A Spa, located on Windsor Highway, after receiving a complaint from a customer that prostitution was occurring inside the business.  During the investigation, an undercover police officer was offered sexual conduct in return for a fee by an employee of the spa, New Windsor Police said. Covid-19: Town Of New Windsor Cancels Meetings, Court, Parks & Recreation In the wake of rising COVID-19 cases across the state, the town of Windsor is canceling numerous meetings and court appearances. Town of New Windsor Supervisor George Meyers said Monday, March 16, that in order to limit exposure to town employees and the public, all Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings, public hearings and workshops are canceled until further notice.
