New York State Police investigators in Wappinger are attempting to locate Dallas Pistol Bennett, who is wanted by the Town of Fishkill Court after she was arrested in 2017 for allegedly attempting to smuggle Suboxone into the prison. Female Correction Officer Injured After Being Choked By Fishkill Correctional Facility Inmate A female correction officer was injured after a 54-year-old male inmate at Fishkill Correctional Facility allegedly charged at her and choked her. The officer, who was assigned to the mess hall, observed an inmate leave with bulges in his front pockets and went to confront him on Thursday, Feb. 7 around 9:30 a.m., authorities said. The inmate then removed two packaged food items and threw them at the officer. He then charged her and put her in a chokehold, causing her to black out. Woman Nabbed Attempting To Smuggle Drugs Into Fishkill Correctional Facility, Police Say A 48-year-old woman was nabbed trying to smuggle drugs into the Fishkill Correctional Facility, according to state police. Diana Guzman of the Bronx was arrested on Saturday, Nov. 3, for attempting to bring 18.3 grams of synthetic marijuana, and 85 sublingual suboxone strips into Fishkill Correctional Facility, said New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks.
