Here Are Orange County Sheriff's New K-9 Graduates The Orange County Sheriff’s Office held its K-9 Academy explosives and narcotics detection graduation last week, following an intense training course. Held at the County’s Emergency Services Center in Goshen, the graduates are:  Sgt.
