'Sexually Violent' Offender Reports Move In Newburgh
A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of having non-consensual "deviate sexual intercourse" with a woman "incapable of consenting" has reported a move in Orange County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 64-year-old Esteban Ferrer, who has reported a move to a residence on Washington Street in Newburgh.
