An alert was issued from New York State Police in Tarrytown regarding 36-year-old Erika Gomez, who is wanted on a bench warrant for driving while intoxicated dating back to 2008 when she was involved in a crash on the New York State Thruway. Police said that following the crash on June 15, 2008, troopers determined that she was intoxicated and she was arrested for DWI. She later failed to appear in court to answer the charge.
