New Update: Four-Alarm Fire Destroys Building With Businesses, Apartments In Area Ten families and four businesses lost everything they owned during a four-alarm fire that swept through a three-story building that included both businesses and apartments. The fire started around 1:09 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, in Dutchess County at 10 Market Street, said Village of Wappingers Falls Police Lt. P. Capparelli.  The first officers on the scene, Sgt.
