Newburgh City Manager Michael Ciaravino has declared a snow emergency in Newburgh, effective as of 6 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, during which, snow emergency parking regulations will be in effect until it is lifted. Snow Emergency Declared In Newburgh With Mother Nature expected to drop as much of a foot of snow in the Hudson Valley Wednesday, officials in Newburgh have declared a Snow Emergency, which will be in effect indefinitely.
