Level 2 Sex Offender Reports Move Into Middletown
A registered "predicate" sex offender who was convicted of having unwanted sexual contact with his victim twice has reported a move into Orange County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 54-year-old Dennis Bacon, who has moved from Bakers Mills in Warren County to an address on Seward Avenue in Middletown.
