Wappinger Man, 29, Charged As Police Interrupt Burglary In Progress DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - A Dutchess County man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly breaking into a garage he works at in Wappinger and attempting to burglarize it, police said.
