Ulster County resident Thomas Mann, of Clintondale, was arrested on Wednesday, April 6, and charged with eight counts of second-degree forgery, one count of third-degree grand larceny, and eight counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, according to New York State Police. Hudson Valley Man Admits To Possessing, Trading Hundreds Of Child Porn Images A 24-year-old Hudson Valley man will face up to 20 years in prison after admitting to trading hundreds of videos and photos that included child pornography. Clintondale resident Corey Baker pleaded guilty this week to distributing and receiving child pornography over the course of more than a year. As part of his guilty plea, Baker admitted that between June 2017 and August 2018, he traded child pornography with others using a phone and laptop computer equipped with Internet-based instant messaging and file-sharing applications. Suspect Nabbed In Newburgh Stewart's Shop Armed Robbery An 18-year-old area resident was arrested for an alleged armed robbery at an area store. Micke C. Fields, of Clintondale, was arrested on Thursday by the Town of Newburgh Police and charged with an armed robbery that took place around 5:30 a.m. at the Stewart's Shop on Route 52 in Newburgh, said the Newburgh Police Department. He is being held at the Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.  The Town of Newburgh Police Department was assisted by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, the URGENT Task Force, and the Hudson Valley Crime Analysis Center.
