Four Orange County Residents Charged With DWI In State Police New Year's Day Stops

State Police arrested four Orange County residents for allegedly driving drunk during their annual New Year's crackdown.

Those arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 1 were:

  • Maria Tuccillo, 27 of Woodbury was charged with DWI following a stop for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol.
  • Anthony Hill, 30, of Newburgh, was charged with DWI following a stop on Route 9W in the town of Newburgh for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol.
  • Nastasia Killian, 27, of Newburgh, was charged with DWI following a stop on Forsythe Place in the city of Newburgh for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol.
  • Kevin McNeilly, 47 of Monroe, was charged with DWI following a stop on Route 17A in the town of Warwick for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol.
