Jury Selection Resumes For Middletown Man Accused Of Killing Infant Son

GOSHEN, N.Y. – Jury selection will continue on Tuesday for the trial of a Middletown man accused of killing his 2-month-old son last year, according to the Times Herald Record.

Michael Heil, 27, is facing two counts of second-degree murder as well as one count of first-degree and second-degree manslaughter stemming from the death of his son Zachary in August 2016.

Two more jurors need to be selected. The trial is expected to begin on Wednesday, the Record said.
