Police In Westchester Track Down 2015 Webster Bank Robbery It may have taken more than three years, but police in Scarsdale tracked down a bank robbery suspect and got their guy. A man walked into Webster Bank on Popham Road in Scarsdale at approximately 11 a.m. on July 18, 2015.
