Anthony Sciacca, age 67, of Poughkeepsie, was charged Thursday, July 14, by state Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli, Ulster County District Attorney David J. Clegg, and the state police. Mount Vernon School District Under Fiscal Stress, State Comptroller Says A Westchester County school district was among 33 statewide to be under “fiscal stress,” according to the New York State Comptroller. Nearly $300 million dollars in unclaimed funds are owed to Westchester County residents, businesses and organizations.  More than $278 million of the state's $15 billion in unclaimed funds has been returned to New Yorkers this year, according to  New York Comptroller Thomas P.
