Alert Issued For 'Endangered Runaway' Teen Last Seen In Mount Vernon A 17-year-old girl who went missing in Fairfield County early last week, prompting an alert, was spotted in Westchester, leading to a new advisory. Andrea Dixon, described as an endangered runaway by police, has been missing from Stratford since Nov. 20.   Dixon was last seen on Friday, Nov. 23 at Mount Vernon Avenue in Mount Vernon, where she was staying with a friend.  Dixon has ties to the Bronx and is reported to have a personality disorder. Area Man Admits To Internet Sex Scheme Involving Minors A Putnam County man has been given a suspended sentence for attempting to entice a 16-year-old Fairfield County boy to have sex with him online. Garrison resident Dylan Quinn, 25, pleaded guilty to risk of injury to a child last week and has been sentenced to a suspended seven-year term, followed by five years of probation. Quinn must also undergo sex offender treatment and cannot have unsupervised contacts with minors.
