Man Drove Through Construction Zone In Westchester At 108 MPH, Police Say A 20-year-old man is facing multiple charges after police say he drove through a construction zone at nearly twice the speed limit. It happened on Sunday, Oct. 13 in Northern Westchester, state police said. Nicholas A.
