Road Rage: Suspects In Tesla Fire At Victim In Mount Vernon Incident, Police Say Authorities are investigating a road rage incident involving suspects in a Tesla firing a gunshot at a victim in Westchester.  The incident happened on Sunday, July 30 around 7:15 a.m., when Mount Vernon Police responded to the 200 block of South Fifth Avenue, where a vehicle had been hit with gunshots.  According to Mount Vernon city officials, officers arriving in the area soon found the victim, a Mount Vernon resident, who had been fired at by suspects in a red Tesla.  The shot had struck the victim's car, which caused damage to it. One Arrested, One At Large After Home Invasion In Mount Vernon, Police Say One suspect was apprehended by police in Westchester and another is at large following an armed home invasion overnight, police said. Investigators from the Mount Vernon Police Department responded to the area of South Sixth Avenue and West Third Street at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, where there was a report of a gunshot in the area.
