Hudson Valley Man Charged With Child Porn A Hudson Valley man is behind bars after being charged with soliciting child porn from a child less than 17 years old, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office. Felipe M. Ramon, 30, of Pawling, was arrested on Tuesday following an investigation by the Sheriff's Office along with the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center, said Capt. John Watterson.
