Three Mount Vernon Teens Charged After New Roc City Fight Breaks Out Three teens are facing charges after police broke up a large fight Saturday night at New Roc City in New Rochelle. New Rochelle Police officers responded to the Sky Zone in New Roc City on a report of a large altercation at approximately 11 p.m. on Saturday. Upon arrival, officers observed a large disorderly crowd, many of whom were fighting, New Rochelle Police said.  The officers were able to disperse the group from the Sky Zone, but many in the group congregated in the courtyard of New Roc City, where several more altercations ensued, according to police.
