Suspicious, Swerving Driver Busted For DWI In Westchester, Police Say A suspicious, swerving driver in Scarsdale was busted by police with a blood alcohol content nearly double the legal limit. A Scarsdale police officer conducting traffic enforcement on Post Road shortly before 4 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 4 stopped Yonkers resident Santiago Amigon when he was spotted driving at a low speed, with a turn signal on, swerving across the roadway repeatedly.
