Hudson Valley Man In Fatal Crash Had Children In Car, State Police Say A Hudson Valley resident who was one of two men arrested in a fatal three-car crash on I-90 was driving drunk with two young children in his vehicle, according to state police. The crash took place around 1 p.m. Saturday on I-90 in the Town of East Greenbush near Albany, according to New York State Police.
