Second Lowe's Store In Westchester Scheduled To Open Westchester will enjoy a second Lowe's Home Improvement store by early next year, according to the developer. The county's other Lowe's store is in Ridge Hill Shopping Center in Yonkers. The developer of a Yorktown Lowe’s home improvement store said it's slated to open next year at 3200 Old Crompond Road. Lowe's also has two stores in Rockland County, on Orangeburg and Nanuet. Site work is under way, according to Wilbur Breslin, chief executive officer of developer Breslin Realty Development Corp.
