Westchester Man Arrested For Attack With Box Cutter, Police Say A 33-year-old Westchester man was arrested for allegedly attacking another man with a box cutter. The attack took place at 2:20 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 16, on North Division Street, said City of Peekskill Police Lt. Jack Galusha.
