Young Boy Hospitalized After Being Hit By Car In Westchester County A 13-year-old boy was sent to the hospital after he was hit by a car while crossing a street in Northern Westchester.  On Tuesday, Jan. 10, around 3:30 p.m., police in Peekskill responded to the 500 block of North Division Street between Constant Avenue and Phoenix Avenue, where the boy was struck by a grey Honda Civic driven by a Cortlandt Manor resident, according to Lt.
