New Workplace Harassment Protections Become Law In New York
Employees in New York will be further protected from harassment under new legislation signed into law by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Learn How To Seal Criminal Convictions At Mount Vernon Public Library
The Mount Vernon Public Library is introducing a new program that will educate area residents about how they can seal a felony and misdemeanor convictions from their records to re-enter the workforce. Officials announced that there will be a workshop led by Mount Vernon Deputy Corporation Counsel Brian Johnson over the weekend, which will educate locals about how they can seal up to two convictions - only one felony - under New York State’s Criminal Procedure Law.
