Man Wanted For Strangling Westchester Victim, Police Say New York State Police are asking the public for help in locating a 28-year-old man wanted for strangling a victim during a domestic incident in Somers.  Davon M. Olin of the Bronx, is wanted in connection with a domestic incident that took place Dec. 18 at a home in Somers in which he "choked" the victim and then provided state police with a fake name and fled the scene, said New York State Police Spokesman Trooper AJ Hicks.
