Westchester IDA To Consider Incentives For $1B In New Projects The Westchester County Industrial Development Agency is considering granting a series of incentives for three large-scale projects throughout Downtown White Plains that would result in more than $1.2 billion in new developments, as discussed on Friday, March 29. Two of the projects will create 1,674 new multifamily units. The third project will provide 132 independent living units. Westchester Apartment Complex Sells For $91M Talleyrand Apartments, a 300-unit multifamily community in Tarrytown, has been sold to an affiliate of The DSF Group of Waltham, Mass., for $91 million.  The new owner is Crescent Drive Owner LLC, an affiliate of The DSF Group.
