Car Flips Over On Parkway In Westchester, Driver Hospitalized One person was taken to a hospital after their vehicle flipped over on the Taconic State Parkway in Northern Westchester.  The crash happened on Friday, March 3 just after noon when a car flipped over on the Taconic State Parkway southbound in Millwood just past the Exit 8 ramp, according to the Millwood Fire Department.  The occupant of the vehicle was able to free themselves from the wreckage and was evaluated by personnel from Ossining EMS and the Millwood Fire Department.  The driver was then taken to Westchester Medical Center to be treated for their injuries.
