A 24-year-old man has been charged in connection with a Northern Westchester crash that left his brother critically injured after he was ejected from their vehicle, police announced. Bedford Hills resident Marcus Vamosy turned himself in to Bedford Police on Friday, Feb. 23 in connection with a crash that occurred in Bedford on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2023, according to Bedford Police Lt.
