Driver Comes Forward To Police After Hitting Pedestrian In Westchester A driver who hospitalized a pedestrian in Northern Westchester after striking them with a car at a busy intersection is working with police, investigators said. On Wednesday, Sept. 18, a pedestrian was struck on Croton Avenue at the intersection of Linden Avenue in Ossining, sending one person to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
