The New York State Department of Transportation responded to a stretch of the parkway in Mount Kisco at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28, when there was a report of a rock slide that left debris in the right lanes southbound between Kisco Avenue and Route 133. Police K9 Helps Track Down DWI Suspect In Westchester A police canine helped track down a 23-year-old man who allegedly drank, drove, struck several things before attempting to flee on foot in Mount Kisco, investigators said. Westchester County Police received a report of a Toyota Scion which was traveling on Kisco Avenue at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, striking a parked car and a lamppost before coming to a rest against a tree near Hillside Avenue.
