Police Investigate Suspicious Former Shoplifter At CVS In Westchester Police in Scarsdale were called to CVS on Popham Road, when a manager spotted a suspicious man he recognized from a previous larceny at the store. A CVS store manager contacted the Scarsdale Police Department at approximately 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 24, reporting a suspicious man in the store. Police said the manager described the man as an African American around the age of 50, with short gray hair wearing a black suit and carrying a black jacket.
