3,000 Bags Of Heroin Seized In Massive Hudson Valley Bust A routine traffic stop by a New Windsor police officer on Wednesday led to the discovery of more than 3,000 bags of heroin and the arrest of a local man, according to the Town of New Windsor Police. The drugs were discovered when Officer Frank Pierri conducted a traffic stop on Walsh Road. During the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver, Harold R. Mykell Gray, 37, was arrested around 3 p.m. Sat., Dec. 30, after deputies stopped his vehicle for a violation on Route 42 in the Town of Thompson, said Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty.
