A Westchester County Department of Health Assistant Commissioner faces criminal charges after failing to disclose over $95,000 in income to the county's Board of Ethics, officials announced. The Chair of the Westchester County Board of Legislators is responding to calls for her resignation after a county staffer was fired for attempting to meet up with a 14-year-old girl.
