Traffic Stop Leads To Weapon, Drug Charges For Westchester Man With Child In Car, Police Say A traffic stop in Westchester led to the arrest of a man who was found in possession of an illegal semi-automatic weapon and cocaine, police said. Officers from the New Rochelle Police Department stopped Mamaroneck resident Kevin Lopez at approximately 7 p.m. on Friday, April 16 on Division Street when he was caught displaying a temporary fraudulent tag, Capt. Cosmo Costa said in a release on Tuesday, April 20.
