Police Bust Westchester Man With Crack-Cocaine, Heroin During Hotel Stop
A man from New Rochelle is facing drug charges after being busted by police at a Greenburgh hotel in possession of crack-cocaine and heroin he planned to sell. Members of the Greenburgh Street Crime Unit, Drug and Alcohol Task Force and Detective Division conducted a traffic stop of Devon Ellis, 30, shortly before 6:45 p.m. on Monday night at the Courtyard Marriott on White Plains Road after he was spotted driving a 2016 Hyundai Accent with Massachusetts license plates.
