Jean Carroll, now age 78 and living in Orange County, says she intends to sue the former president on Thursday, Nov. 24, when the new law takes effect. The relatives of the Sandy Hook school shooting victims in Connecticut have quickly and sharply shot down an offer from far rightwing talking head Alex Jones to resolve his defamation lawsuit.
