A former television director has pleaded guilty to spying on his teenage nanny in his Westchester home. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Tuesday that Daniel Switzen, who worked at CNBC and who was arrested in November, has pleaded guilty to a felony count of second-degree unlawful surveillance for the incident.
