Woman Charged With Violating Protection Order In Westchester A woman who scratched her victim’s face during a domestic incident was in violation of a court order of protection in Yorktown, police said. Police in Yorktown received a report shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Thursday night, from a Mohegan Lake resident, who reported a domestic dispute at a local home.
