The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) this fall. Jason Garcia - also known as “G-shine” and “Mecca-J” - a high ranking member of the Bloods Gang, allegedly conspired with four others, some of whom were also already in jail, to track down and kill the eyewitness, who they found through social media.
